I have to admit that I was getting nervous towards the end of my contract with Coast Acceptance reading all of these reviews. Back in 2016, I did experience a very rude representative over the phone over nothing - maybe they were having a bad day but still no excuse. However, despite all the negative reviews, I finished paying off my car this past month and received a copy summary of my payments and my title within 2–3 weeks. The representative that I worked with this time around was responsive and good to their word in providing my requests. To be transparent, if you submit your payments on time and in full, you shouldn't have any trouble. They're just like any other finance corporation. Happy to have worked with them overall.

This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with. No matter who you speak with they are all the same. They completely lack customer service skills. The manager Orlando is so unprofessional I see where the girls that work there get it from. They have no compassion for anybody going through a hardship. He threatened me by saying he was going to be sending the repo guy out to pick up my car when I was still well within my grace period. I would definitely recommend that you find another company to work with. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and who ever else I have to call to formerly complain about this company!

Has to be the most pathetic financial company to deal with. And their "manager" Orlando is the worst piece of scum ever. They tend to belittle you and mock you during a financial hardship. As a veteran I've never experienced this from any other company. If you can avoid doing ANY kind of business with them I'd recommend it. Not worth your time or your headache. They threaten to have a repossession person following you as you speak when the car is at the shop and you're at work. Intimidating is there thing I guess! Glad I served this country so a person like Orlando Guzman can walk around freely insulting people. Useless!

I received a call this morning from one of their agent saying my payment was late and threatened to repossess my car if the payment was not made before the end of the day. I tried asking her to speak with someone that could help me and she just hung up the phone. I called back and requested to speak with a manager, this guy's name is Orlando. He proceeded to yell on the phone and say that I was in collections, which is not true, and that he personally would see it that I got my car repossessed today and also hung up the phone. I called back a third time to ask him why he's threatening to repossess my car while his customer service person is telling me that I have until the end of the day to make a payment. He said the conversation was over and then he would get his legal team involved if I kept calling and again made the threat to repossess my car. This is completely unacceptable behavior from the financing company and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been with them since December 2019 and I haven’t had any problems with this company. They have been helpful and polite when I call to make my payments.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! I really hope you guys can read this BEFORE makong any deals here.. They have the WORST customer service. ONE TIME After a year of payments on time i lagged on a payment a few days days and i was constantly getting harrased over the phone by the workers throughout the days. They threatened to not accept my payment when i tried to pay because they didn't like my explination as to why i was being late! They are the most rude customer service i do not recomend business with them. THEY ARE NOT PROFEESIONAL AND DONT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT

This finance company is the best they helped me out with an extension for my car payment thru these difficult times. The young ladies at the office are always nice and willing to help! Very professional

Very unprofessional and uses illegal practices in regards to handling debts. I am reporting to The Better Business Bureau, this company will not be around much longer. Unlawful repossessions, illegitimate company all around. Fat lawsuit coming their way.. "Class action" anyone?
