Tip: If you want your loan's title processed efficiently and in a timely manner, with courteous staff helping you, it would be a good idea to take your business elsewhere. After conducting our business with this title company, there were so many actions that were inefficient, including rude staff members and a refusal to see clients in their office, even with the proper covid requirements, that it was a completely unprofessional experience. We spent an extra and unneeded fee for a mobile notary, because that was mismanaged also. The question was: "What did I not like about this business?" The answer is: "Too much to list here".
