    I gave one stars because great rates on auto loans ...however, I was looking to open a student loan and whoever I spoke to on the phone in loans first said “we don’t do student loans” (yes, they do). Then I called a 2nd time only to be quickly dismissed and redirected to an online application without any of my questions answered. Lender lady says they are “untrained” in student loans. Take your business elsewhere

    We were helped by a young lady named Morgan. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She opened three accounts for us in less than 20 minutes. She had answers to all of our questions and explained the advantages of using the Class Act app. It was truly a pleasure working with her! I just joined, but would recommend this location based on today’s experience alone!

    This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I refinanced my car with them and their employees are so badly trained that they messed up my car title, not once or even twice but three times. So now I'm having to call and sit on hold for almost three hours with the County Clerks office AGAIN because they can't do their job. I wish I had never refinanced my car and I urge anyone considering using Class Act to avoid them like the plague.

    Had an issue with my debit card and fraudulent charges. My account ended up in the negative. One of my charges sent a text to verify the purchase of 900$ and responded no to the text and they still let it go through. Now my bills are hitting my account bouncing and class act is charging me a overdraft fee. I’ve had every penny stolen from me and I can’t even get them to email me back or call!!! There is no reason to chose this local credit Union over any other or and other major bank.

    Great rates but bad customer service. Their app even the one that updated is also dated. Transferring money to outside accounts is complicated. Adding accounts to an existing account has to be done in person which makes it complicated if you're accustomed to using multiple savings. The online access is all over lacking. I miss my capital one 360 account and the rates are the only thing that has me here but the longer I have class act the less I like it.

    I been with Class Act for years now. I just love them. I Recommend all my friend and family to become a member. Even though I am young and never established credit yet they still gave me a car loan with a great down payment offer. I am happy and satisfied to have a Credit Union like Class Act!!

    Class Act its self as a whole is just god awful, I would NEVER reccomend to anyone ! Horrible service ! And when you try to call, you can't ever get ahold of an ACTUAL person. Its an automatic system. I just would NOT get this bank ! The only good thing about it, is that they offer free drinks..

    My experience with Class Act FCU was absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't know when I have experienced such poor customer service, specifically from Rachel and Angela. They both were very dismissive to my issue and were in no way solution oriented. My recommendation would be to bank with an institution that is responsive to customer concerns and works to resolve issues and concerns.
