      A REAL title company, not a group of rubber stamping, know -nothings. If there are title issues or questionable transactions issues, they are quite thorough and capable to finish the job properly. Title insurance is not a commodity if you value your property, and like most Americans, my property IS my most important asset. Too bad the loan industry doesn't operate this nicely...

      You can find much better and less expensive title companies , We were told that the cost would be around 1600 .and suddenly the cost ballooned to 2500.00 Dont use them or get the cost in writing up front before they .start to do your Title work.

We have records of every single transaction we ever even work on whether it closes or not, and Steve Crosby has never done business with us.We are highly regulated, and we have triplicate records of every transaction we do whether it closes or not. Steve Crosby does not come up in our data base anywhere as far back as 2008. Our rates are filed with the Division of Insurance, and they never vary even by 1 penny for anyone. We are audited multiple times a year. As you can see, we’ve never had anything but 5 star reviews.

      This company ROCKS... Just started doing business in CO and found them on google.. Closed a few loans with them, then made some adjustments.. Smooth sailing from there.. Started doing loans in TX and haven't had the same luck... Good folks to work with…
