Cierra Pappe1What ever lady works at 7:30pm is a piece of work. She wouldn’t give her name or her managers name when speaking with her over the phone. She was rude and very unprofessional. She hung up on the owner of our company and refused to answer the phone upon redialing the phone number. No one should use this place. All over a company paycheck because she didn’t feel like calling to verify it. If your not a people person you should not work in a customer service environment.

Matthew Long5I used to have a loan here, paid it off back in April. Every time I'd come in the store, staff were awesome, friendly, and fast. Shoot, even the new hires they had knew what they were doing. I'd definitely suggest this branch of Checkmate to anyone who's in a pinch and needs some help. Been to a few different ones, but this one stands out by far.
