Had fraudulent activity on my bank account and was not able to pay yesterday. Finally got control of my account again and was going to pay but they told me that because I didn't pay yesterday that I have to pay the whole thing up front instead of doing payment plans like I usually do. It's like how am I supposed to pay you guys if I couldn't even access the money on my bank account? I even spoke to somebody on Tuesday and offered to pay over the phone and they told me I could not do that. Basically what I'm saying is they will penalize over stuff that is out of your control. I've never had any problems with going here until today. I need the owner to contact me immediately.

I was in the Gaylord check n go today, and both women named Christine were absolutely amazing, and helped me in every way! I will definitely be returning!

Never had an issue coming here Chris has always been helpful in taking care of whatever I needed even gave an extension on my payment date when my check was late

Waited in the lobby for over 2 hours to cash a check. Girl behind counter had to have customers show her how to use her computer! The incompetence is beyond anything I’ve seen here.

Megan is the most amazing employee that you have here she does everything she can to help people out. She is the most respectful person i have ever met anyone would be lucky to have her running one of their stores!! She is the greatest!!

Very polite, friendly and always in a great mood. Will make you smile even if your having a bad day. Megan goes above and beyond in her job. Know you by name as soon as you walk thru the door.

Ashton is amazing she is very nice and helpful as well and goes above and beyond, the young woman that helped yesterday named Christine on 11/30 over the phone she was amazing also. Also it would be nice if there was a Petoskey Mi. location so some of us don't have to travel so far in bad weather like snow. Up here winter is redonkuluss yes that is the rite word..lol..

Whomever gave Megan and her team a one star review, for shame. They. Are. AWESOME!!!! So friendly, so likeable, so considerate. Over time you become friends. Just so great ( that and I was told not to say anything about sassiness 😃)

Super sweet, nice and fast at getting checks cash. Everytime I walk in the door I'm nicely greated by everyone. Ashton always helpfull and nice I love coming her.
