Mya the person that helped me was very helpful and carried on good conversation while helping me with my loan. She explained everything as clearly as possible and I appreciate her a lot for her help!

Service is pretty slow, but employees aren’t rude or anything. They aren’t all rainbows and smiles but they’re not mean or anything like that. They do their jobs for the most part. However, I can’t give more than 3 stars until I call them today and see how they handle a problem. To get a loan, they get your income amount AND the date(s) you receive your paycheck, so how do they expect me to pay back my loan on 10/01/18 when they KNOW I don’t get paid until 10/03/18?? They can’t get paid before I get paid. :-/

My experience was amazing. Erica was great. She was friendly, sweet, and caring. She helped me get thru the process more than what she was required to do. If it hadn't been for her helping and remaining calm whiIe I was beyond stressed with the type of day I was already and not having and the required paperwork, I probably would have gone to another company. The company should have more Erica's.

On one of the most stressful days of my life, I went to this location and was overwhelmed with compassion. Charity went above and beyond her "job" to assist me. She not only walked me through the process but answered the millions of questions that I had. And made the process as easy for me as possible. I just want to Publicly say "Thank You". She Rocks!!!!!

When you hear about the check cashing place the first thing you think about is overcharging.. But let me say for a man I was embarrassed felt inadequate because I had an emergency that I needed funds for and didn’t have it. I contacted Check N Go and spoke to a young lady by the name of I believe Charity she listened and gave sound advice and put me at ease. She didn’t judge nor did she talk to me condescending. Because of her assurance I have received the funds and I have the ability to pay it back. I would definitely recommend this to any individual who gets in a tight spot!

One of the girls there is slow at her job and unprofessional. I showed up on a Friday when my payday loan was due to pay it and borrow a $100 less again and they told me I'd have to come back Monday and I explained due to me working nights I'm only free Friday-Sunday she told me I could come in the next Friday and they wouldn't deposit my check. They went ahead and deposited it making my bills bounce cause I still had their payment in cash set aside.

Ms.Erica took the time out to make my visit to check n go so delightful and her customers service was extremely well and this young lady is the best at her job at check n go.
