Horrible customer service. Arrived at 10:59am door locked. The lady named Kayla saw me try to open the door she just stared at me from behind her desk. The hours on door state open at 10am. I called and heard Check into cash this is Kayla. I asked are you guys open today. She hung up on me. Will never go there again.

Horrible never come to this place first of all the door is locked and they treat you like a criminal and ask you for your ID with their foot in the door then once you go in there they asked you to print out all of your bank statements and everything else you need okay I'm fine with that but I asked him for an email address to send everything to so we can print it off and they don't have one I have to leave to print everything off and bring it back then the main lady don't recommend you to go anywhere all she says is no and yes it's crazy never go here folks

After having a loan in collections discharged in bankruptcy in 09/2014 I applied and received in 03/2015 a registration loan with these clowns!!! I have made every payment religiously even paying more than what was due. I asked if I could pay it off and borrow the $500 again and was told yes by 2 different representatives. I go in there pay them $366.50 only for them to tell me that because I had collections before that they can not loan me any money. AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME MY $366.50 either to reinstate my previous contract!! That money was for a trip I have schedule on 07/16/2015 with my son to go to Mt. Rushmore and now I have no idea how I am going to make it!! BAD BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT!
