Kimberly B. Garcia1The service is terrible. Made a phone app appointment AS THEY REQUESTED. Was savvy enough to even call to confirm and said who and what time the appointment was for and the person who picked up said yes Curie is busy but should be done by 4pm (my appointment time) and if they’re not open I can help you when you come in. I walked in just to be told I don’t have an appointment and everyone is busy they can’t take me; she even asked if I was available tomorrow I said no I work starting 5am until the afternoon and she still said “it’s impossible for today come tomorrow at 9am”. Like great, terrible service you clearly didn’t listen to me.

Yusmeris Lape1No wonder they have horrible reviews. Teller in the first window was super rude. She’s lucky that I didn’t curse her out because I’m still in the holiday spirit. I just walked out. She shouldn’t be working there’s if she doesn’t have customer service skill. It’s disgraceful.

Daniele Gentilella1I wanted to open up accounts for myself and family and I arrived at 315. I did not the appropriate paperwork so I said I can run home and be back in ten minutes. I was told they can’t see me back it would take too long and that the gentleman needed to be out by 5 he has plans, I’m so sorry for inconveniencing you. I ended up going to chase on Franklin avenue and had a complete 360 experience

Kevin Oettinger1I wanted to open up a checking account but the people that work in this branch have no desire to help people or gain new business. I was told to just go on my phone to apply, but they would see if someone could help me. A gentleman then comes out to act very disinterested in having a conversation with me, tells me I would have to schedule an appointment and he can't now because he has one in 15 minutes and that I would be better applying on my phone. I then tried to apply on my phone and twice I was told that I could not open an account with my information. Guess I will have to go to another bank that actually wants to provide customer service and help people. I never in my life would have thought it would be so complicated to open an account.

ping chen1The bank teller was just too lazy. Anything wrong to get the small bills from my business account?

nathan shaolian1PLACE IS A JOKE. SECOND TIME COMING TO OPEN UP A SIMPLE BUSINESS ACCOUNT AS I HAVE MULTIPLE WITH CHASE AND ALL THEY SAY IS MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. AS YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND GO IN THEY SAY YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT. BANKERS ARE IN THEIR OFFICE ON THEIR PHONES LAUGHING AND DOING PERSONAL THINGS INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS WHOM HAVE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CHASE ACCOUNTS. TAKING MY MONEYS ELSEWHERE

Steve Smith1The manager is rude and condescending. She refused to do a simple override on a federal government check that had the hold lifted by corporate, who verified the check (a federal tax return check, you know, the people who print the money, the check is as good as cash!), she refused to talk to her own people I had on the phone who were telling me she can and should do the override. She had a snotty attitude and just said she refuses to help me access MY money! The nice lady on the phone from corporate said she doesn't understand why she is refusing, advised me to go to another branch. I did go a mile away to the Franklin Ave branch and they helped me with a smile. I did close my accounts with Chase and opened accounts with BOA instead. Again they were friendly and helpful!

Paul Kuzda1Incompetent and miserable is an understatement for some of the tellers here, tried to cash a chase check day after Christmas, I am not a chase client... usually it’s in and out considering it’s my uncles checks and he’s been a chase customer for ages, not at this branch, they questioned the integrity of the check, than claimed 1 thousand was too large to cash for a non chase customer( done it successfully numerous times), than they stamped endorsement cancelled, so the garden city branch said the check was perfectly fine but because of her stamp they couldn’t cash it that day, over a thousand dollar check with legitimate id and a chase account, if I could give them zero stars for their incompetency and terrible attitude I would, pathetic isn’t the word for them here

Michael B1Does not understand the concept of custo.ers coming in during lunch hour. Only one teller for 7 people on line.
