Chase Bank AZ, Bullhead City

I’ve dealt with the branch manager James on two separate occasions & both times were an amazing experience. James does a phenomenal job at what he does, huge asset to the company. Thank you for the hard work!

Has one of the rudest and most disrespectful employees I have ever seen at a bank. And not just disrespectful to myself but also another poor customer just asking to talk to someone. Just Wow. She makes a mistake then instead of helping decides to get an attitude. Worst Chase experience ever!

The customer service people at the counter are always difficult to deal with, they give me a hard time because they have to count my money. I thought that was there job to count money? I will be taking my business to mission bank, where they are always happy to count and deposit my hard earned tips.

Had my account for years and they decided to close it for too many transactions. It's my money$. So now I have to wait 3 weeks for them to mail my 795.00 to me. Ughhh

I find it reprehensible to charge the poorest among us service fees for privilege of using what little money they have.

Worst bank ever. Held my check for 9 days than locked my account.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, notary public on hand, need more help during snowbird season.
