Unfortunately, they let me drive 40 miles to tell me in person that even though my income is excellent and i have all required bank statements and paystubs that they would not be able to provide a loan unless I lived in Madera. When I call in advance asking what information is needed, that is the time to inform me that living in Madera is a requirement. Post it on your website.
