      Waited until after receiving the deposit to disclose that there was a limit on land while also increasing the price by 20000 without any sort of documented evidence .

      Carolina Custom Homes will buy land up to $60,000, the customer is responsible for paying any remaining balance and taxes. We are in the home building business, not land buying business. So basically, you wanted us to have all the skin in the game and you have none when purchasing land you chose. We priced your home with all the options you requested, not real sure where you came up with $20,000 over when there are no published base prices. We price each home individually depending on where the home is being shipped and any needed/requested land improvements or home options.

For anyone reading this review a "CO" means all items were inspected and passed county & state requirements per building codes.       We love our home! The staff was always helpful and every issue we had with the home was fixed very quickly!

      Not happy with the end results. There was a lot of poor workmanship. They left out a lot of important information. They are very slow. They are nonresponsive once they get your money.

      Ms. Cooper, Our company works very hard to keep happy customers. Unfortunately, some customers have unrealistic expectations. Your home closed in 2016 and to our knowledge any and all service issues have been addressed and repaired.
