Happy Day when I found Capitol. Magical is how it seems they get you handled and fast, fast dollars for me, Yeah! My guru (well she's a great friend but she's always so right!) suggested I try here when I confided in her my cash needs. I got a HUGE surprise when I found out all the dollars I was able to receive cause my car, which I really, really love but is not the best looking but is still special to me.
