      I have always had a great experience working with the Canvas Credit Union Broomfield branch. They always get me what I need done super efficiently and in a friendly way. They also don't try to nickel and dime you with fees.

      I've been going here for the past several months cashing checks. I don't really appreciate being told I'm being refused service and not given an explanation why. Last time I went in it was pretty much "We can't do this for you and won't tell you why so please go away" but hey, not everybody's perfect at their job.

      Staff is very nice. I was told the DMV has the title to my car which I paid off Jan. 21. Colorado DMV does not hold titles to cars? Canvas holds the title to my car and it is taking them over two months to get it to me. They said DMV holds the title. They said I would have it in six weeks from Jan 21. Now they said it will take until the he end of March. They also said things are slow because of COVID. One excuse after another what is true?. They also sent me a notice my Feb payment was due???? I gave them 4 stars as they were professional but dint have very good answers to my question. Guess they need more training.

      Lack of customer service and standard practices. I’ve made 30 deposits into different and today for the first time I was asked to verify address before they would take cash. This was after I had already verified account number and last 4 digits of my social security number. Apparently the new trainee is the only one who follows procedures and the manager accepted my previous payments without following procedures. Lack of direction and leadership. Manager was argumentative and told me I could go to my credit union if I was unhappy with her customer service. I see why this place has a 2.3 rating. I’d give them 0 stars if I was able. Do yourself a favor and use the credit union across the street. I used Elevations Credit Union, and had no problems. I will never step a foot in this branch. Awful experience and lack of compassion or empathy. Completely unprofessional!!!

      I originally posted a one star rating, however I changed it because they did attempt to make things right. I was originally denied being a co-signer on a loan because my business was affiliated with the cannabis industry. I was able to get this escalated and they approved the loan! The manager sent a memo to the entire staff clarifying that they will work with ancillary businesses and even employees of plant-touching businesses, but unfortunately not owners. I am going to send her the federal guidelines so she understands more about a bank's responsibilities when working with cannabis businesses! I appreciate that they made an effort to make things right.

      Horrible service since they have changed to Canvas. So much has changed but no communication of changes sent out. Branches are slower than molasses. Policy’s are changing left and right with no notification. Mobile deposits use to be one business day now it is 2 without any notification. Called the bank to find out why funds are still on hold and we are now being charged for bills going through when it’s past the 1 business day. The lady informed us that it is 2 business days and then proceeds to tell me how to budget my account. It has always been 1 business day since we have been with public service. This is not our first mobile deposit we use it all the time. It has always been released after 1 business day. Done with canvas. So much for staying with a bank for years. Worst customer service ever!!

      I've managed to hold my tongue for years about the terrible service at this branch, but today was the last straw. I'm going to start going out of my way to go to a different branch. Went to get something notarized and accidentally signed something without thinking ahead of time. Now this has never been a problem before, even at this very branch. They literally have a notary book that you have to sign anyway and they compare signatures. The lady (who kept me waiting when there was no line because she had headphones on listening to music) refused to help me in any way, shape of form and seemed completely baffled when I mentioned the notary book.

      Super friendly and helpful. Younger fella name is Ian. I needed to have him dispute a few charges for me and and also shred my old debit cards and print out a couple of new ones. Not only he did all of that, he made us feel like we were at home. Thanks Ian. Have a wonder day everyday. - steve
