      BMW financial is worse than their cars. We leased an x3 2019 from BMW dealership in Springfield and we suffered for three years. And now that the lease is finished they refuse to pay back my $3,800 security deposit since I leased an electric car from Volvo Polestar. I contacted BMW financial and asked about the security deposit. And the representative replied back to me at "I am happy to let you know that we are not going to send you back you security deposit ...". I do not buy their bogus reasoning, and I take them at a court of law. Besides, this is new that customer service expresses happiness to rip you off!! Could not she/he respond at least saying "I regret to inform you ... "? I am filing a lawsuit on Monday to both financial service and dealership. And let this representative collect her year end bonus accordingly. Throughout the three year lease, we had to take the car back to service about 6 times for camera and software issues. And each time, after a few hours of wasted time, they said they fixed it till the next time. I even had to discuss the NJ lemon law, and as a result they finally managed to fix the camera issues. And now that I am done with them, they do not let the drama finish. And I have to take them to the court.

      Mistakes after mistakes. Wrong last name. Run our credit twice because of their mistakes. Then, they send me disposition fees that dealer said they waived for me. BMW Financial Service is a mess. Although I love BMW, but because all the time wasted on me and not being convenient that was my last time dealing with BMW. You call about the issues, you waited 40min and they hang up, then you have to call again. Not easy people. If you have a busy life style and looking for convenient, they way BMW running their business is definitely not your choice, trust me.

      Terrible customer service over the phone. The lady was breathing hard over the phone as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. I've had a few good phone representatives but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. When you are paying so much for your car not only you pay for your ride but it should come with an expected better experience over the phone, at the dealer.

      Easy to borrow hard to pay it back. I called at open and there was somehow 34 people ahead of me. Everytime you call for anything expect to wait 20+ minutes. Be smart. Finance locally so you can talk to someone in person.

      Jade went to bat for me and helped me get my car back from a Mcgovern Ford of Framingham Ma who tried to take my leased car on a trade even though You cannot sell your lease to a third party dealership which I had no idea. I highly recommend BMW financial they have done everything in their power to help me get the car back as well as to get it re registered because the ford dealer destroyed my plates. I don’t understand all the negative reviews must just be people that didn’t read / understand their contracts.

      I leased a 2021 530 from BMW finance with $4047 downpayment. The car was hit from behind and was totaled on 2/11/2022. the total payoff amount at the time was about $45000. My Geico insurance paid BMW $58000. They refused to refund me the difference. Because I set up autopay, they took my monthly payment twice since the car was totaled on 2/11/22. one payment was posted on 2/21/2022 and last payment was on 3/21/2022. My insurance sent the payoff payment on 3/14 and they did not post it on my account until they took another monthly payment on 3/21/2022. They never refund my two month's overpayment. Now I lost all my downpayment plus additional two monthly payment after the car was totaled. I have to pay much high price for a new car. Will never lease a car from them again!

      Customer service is terrible. They keep you on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before you can talk to someone. I have called four times and twice of the four times, I have been provided wrong information by the agents. The information was then corrected when I called again. Definitely a “Luxury” experience.

      Worst peoe in my life to deal with. Not qualified professionals 40 minutes waiting on the phone and when answer the guy did not wantvto put me with a supervisor since he was a jerk also the information that he provided was not true i will never buy a bmw using them and if i had to i wont buy that brand ever again to clarify i hVe never been kate on my payments and was not asking any kind of deferral iwas a simple question.

      Tried to pay off my car and they are one horrible group to deal with. Sent them a check and they lost it. No wire transfers. Cannot go in person to the local dealership to finalize anything. Kind of like they don't want you to pay it off....

      It has been a nightmare to speak to an agent. We finally paid off our motorcycle, got a confirmation number but no lien release as promised. It should not be this hard to get support!
