      The worst bank I've ever worked with. They are cheap but you will be constantly on the phone with them to resolve errors on their end. I have never had to call any of my banks but I end up on Bellco's hold every couple months. Their technology seems to be a cobbled together 3rd party system that rarely works. My business account manager Louise Cordova is also exceptionally unhelpful.

      Wonderful place to bank and attain loans (mortgage and line of credit). I can't even tell you how nice everyone is and how hopeful. Thanks Bellco for doing such a wonderful job.....Lee

      ATM doesn't work to deposit. They have been informed multiple times of this issue. Their hours have been cut back so much that it's impossible to use this location. The customer service is by far the worst branch. Just avoid this location.

      My personal account information was shared with someone else. A person without my ID or permission was allowed to see my account balances. This is extremely unacceptable. It is beyond stressful and a situation that is not going away now that multiple parties are finding out my financial situation. Candice had reached out with a less than helpful apology but it has not changed the fact that my financial privacy has been compromised. I would highly recommend not trusting this bank with any personal information. If this has happened once with my knowledge I cannot imagine how many times my account or personal information has been shared.

      Removed the shared branch banking kiosk. They no longer can help you at their teller windows either. Waste of space. Not a single employee was wearing a mask today either, not surprised BellCo doesn’t care about protecting their staff or clients. When the pandemic first started BellCo closed so many branches and fired all the employees during that time. Nor a good company, and this location specifically is a waste of a retail unit. No one greets you when you walk in. Just not happy with Anything this “bank” is doing.

      Try to get information on my account could not get it it took 4 days to 5 to get it when I asked a employee she told me to go somewhere else not to happy with this place I was told.to go here but after I seen all the 1 star I should have gone somewhere else iam going to find a other place to bank at

      This bank was the most frustrating, unhelpful institution I have ever dealt with. I paid off a car loan in someone else's name when I bought the car from them. I requested the title/lien release/anything be sent to me so I could get temporary tags for it before the official title was mailed to me. They said they mailed it to me on April 8th, and I never received it, and no one could tell me why. The individual with the account and I called for weeks to get the lien release from so I could get temporary tags, and it took them over a month to do that much. In that time, the person selling me the car and I were shrugged off, ignored, or were berated by individuals working at this location, even though Bellco lost the title and refused to give us the lien release in a timely manner. Both of us have been incredibly inconvenienced to the point of it affecting our work schedules due to their unprofessionalism and laziness. I could not be more frustrated with this Bellco location in particular.

      Friendly staff at the Sloans Lake Branch. Bellco in general I have found to be clunky and difficult to manage money between banks. It would take days to do an external transfer and the app always left me searching for where exactly I went the last time I made a transfer. It became easier to manually get cash from my other institutions and deposit it in my account. It’s also very difficult to get through to a branch agent. My phone calls where always hi-jacked by the bot. The credit rates were great there though when we needed it.

      Never bank here or any other Bellco! They are not set up to be part of the banking world of 2020. They are closer to banking with an institution of 1995. Every employee at the branch or their call center has been trained differently. Each with their own concept of work arounds for their terrible online banking system. After months of trying to do work arounds for their incompetence my Business and Personal accounts will be moving to a company that is in tune with the real world of business and banking! Oh and while several of the 30 plus employees I spoke with where awesome. Too many were condescending and only worried about their internal processes!

      Worst car buying experience ever. Banker is clueless. The online system to apply has moron bankers. They ask redundant questions. After 3 weeks, my loan was finally approved. Worst experience ever. The dealer mailed in a letter and was supposed to get a check overnight. Over the July 4th holiday, they all decided to not work the entire week. STAY AWAY! And they always have long lines because they don't hire enough Tellers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!
