      Okay this is a real review of this spot I don't even like making these but if your a person of color DO NOT COME HERE. This spot is very unwelcoming to people that don't look like them. I live a block away from here and would rather drive 20 mins somewhere else just so I don't gotta deal with the girls there and even the customers there as well. I've seen customers be so rude and very low key racist to the only person of color there and the manager will sit by or walk away that's not welcoming at all and shouldn't stand ANYWHERE! their use to be an African American guy that used to work here and realistically not surprised he left cuz I seen the way they would treat him and wow sad that bellco has managers don't/won't protect their employees. I don't like coming here and this branch should get a total change in people that work here!

      My honey and I went in to open a new account and we were greeted with open arms and welcoming ques. We worked with one of the managers on opening our account his name is ADIMOU let me just tell you, he made us feel listened to and didn't make me feel bad since my credit is in repair. He was fun and very inviting. The entire branch holds a finesse I have missed in other financial institutions. Thank you for being amazing, we are excited to be a Bellco Member. (:

      Absolutely horrible service. I referred my dad to establish accounts here in May 2019. He has yet to receive monthly statements for checking, savings or money market accounts. He has gone back in person four times for help and spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get help to no avail. They told him his checking account is tied to the money market so statements only come quarterly. I explained that’s not satisfactory. The gal said all money market accounts y’all are that way and I advised mi e isn’t. Plus the quarter ended in June and no statement was issued. Ugh. So frustrating. They shorted my dad $200 on a cash deposit. Plus the machine ate a $10 bill and the teller wasn’t even going to give credit for that. It took over a week to get that straightened out. I would NOT recommend going to Bellco!!!!

      I have never felt more valued and cared about at any other financial institution. Solange and her team are amazing and they always make me feel welcome. With all of the hatred and craziness in these times it's nice to know that there are still people who are so genuine and kind. Thank you.

      Staff were extremely friendly. I don't appreciate being lied to thoug . Was given a sheet for direct deposit. ADP verified that account as closed. Stated I would get my card within 7-10 days. 14 days later and there answer was you should get it soon. Im so happy to be part of a credit union that lies to there members and gives out false information. Update: they are going to send me another card and I only have wait another 7 to 10 business days. They refuse to overnight the card. Did I mention the bank can issue a card at the physical location but refuse to do that and would rather me go thru this hassle. I have to wait 30 days for a bank card even though I have set up direct deposit to this despicable organization and my pay check is sitting in it right now. I only work 12 to 21 hours per day. I don't have a cozy job where I get to lie to the members then try and restrict access to their money. Im the person on your roof making sure you stay cozy and warm, think about that. Bellco, does not have high standards and I question whether they have standards at all. For any bank that thinks having its customer wait 30 days to access their money is asinine. If you want the same headache, lies, deceit, and hassle then Bellco is you'r bank. I have to take a day off of work tomorrow to go deal with this dysfunctional mess they call Bellco.

      I came in and discussed opening an account, a Mortgage, as well as a business line of credit, i was highly impressed by a young man name Mr. Adimou. He is very professional, very knowledgeable with all of the products, He communicated and explained the products precisely, which i appreciate. The only reason i did not open an account with Bellco is they could not accommodate the needs of my business line of credit which is a large dollar amount, i like to keep all of my business with one financial entity, However, i was very impressed by Mr. Adimou his knowledge, his delivery of the information and his well dressed professional appearance.

      I don't have an account here but I'm going to get one. I have been coming here for 3 years, transferring money from my account to my roommates to pay rent. They are always so fun and nice. Way better than the other branches where the people are rude and don't even smile at their customers. Even when I move across town, this will be my location. Thank you!

      I have not been overly thrilled with this credit union and not being able to open another account because they didn’t have someone working that could do it is just crazy. I look around and see a bunch of employees but none are qualified to open an account within an existing account of mine? Wow
