    Came to cash a large check over the amount I had in my bank, I asked out of curiosity, (since it was from another large bank and the funds could easily be verified) why this couldn't be possible. I do know that this isnt possible from small banks and maybe it was a dumb question. However, the guy behind me said , I was acting like someone out of a "crime movie" the BANK MANAGER and teller hystericly laughed, and proceeded to wave him forward....I was going to just deposite it but I didn't have the chance....I have never been referred to a criminal in my entire life, let alone a bank I've had for over a decade. I work really hard for my money...

    They are really RUDE.. Specially the lady who does the notary is worse ever experience.. I am BOA customer since 10 years and they did not help me and my wife. I will am going to write email about the issue

    I set up an appointment for notary only to he told later that they don't have one available after the appointment was set thru their website with a time available according to them. Totally wasted my tiem. I would give them zero stars for their incompetentness.

    I hate the brunch which is very near me. The very old and black Asian lady teller is very disgusting. Every time I deposit checks she is so rude. She is always Ask me if have debit card with big voice even I write down all my information and account numbers. Seems like she doesn't want work any more for the bank and customers just want throw away my checks out of the bank. If she is so lazy why the boss hire her to treat customers like this? If she continue be a teller this bank will close soon because The old lady damage the banks customer service every day. I am a premium customer long time with Bank of America but I will move my all money out and close my account until the bad attitude dark lady has gone. Please go somewhere else away the bad service here.

    I do a deposit almost everyday. While Customer service is fine there is NEVER more than one teller, with 8 spots open for business. Meanwhile there are several other staff(I'm guessing assistant managers/managers just milling around. Are they not trained to help the teller? If it wasn't so close I'd go somewhere else..

    Went to deposit a check at the counter, teller tells me to use the ATM... check clears than gets adjusted with no reason why on mobile app, I call customer service and they tell me they aren’t sure why and I should call the issuer of the Check (no issues on their end). Go in today to try to figure out what happened, I’m told the reason why is because “my wife isn’t on the account”.... 2 hours later no resolution other than I’ll be waiting 5-7 business days for the check return and I’ll be leaving BOA after 31 years... by the way all this could’ve been avoided if the teller took one look at the check, did I mention I was the only customer in the building at the time.... customer service at it worst!

    Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my account where money was taken out and overdrew my account and when I told them I don’t want that transaction going through. They tell you too bad. Definitely switching banks except if you lose your ID, you’re stuck with them. And especially at this branch the associates, as well as the manager, horrible horrible experience. I strongly suggest people get away from this bank....

    Just left this place and it was horrible. Only one teller on duty. The manager Jose said "too bad....use the ATM. Corporate doesn't give me enough help." This used to be a good bank. Not sure what happened but they have really gone downhill.

    Went into this bank to cash a check. The place was dirty so I said something to the man who waited on me, some guy named Jose. He told me that if I didn't like it I could bank somewhere else. Why would you hire someone like this?
