    I want to take a moment to appreciate all hard work of employees at this branch. Special huge thanks to a manager and a relationship banker Elizabeth Anda. Guys, you really make a difference!! So warm, friendly and helpful. You both were super caring and nice. My favorite Bank of America branch so far. There is a shortage of employees everywhere for the past year, nevertheless, I'm glad that this branch have a great employees.

    Went here on a Friday afternoon that we had off of work to set up a joint bank account. We worked with Charles Woythal and at the time everything seemed to go okay. I have other Bank of America accounts but my fiancée did not so we had to go through all the information gathering, ect. We were probably there for around two hours total and believed the account was set up, had ordered our debit cards, deposited a check and ordered checks for the new account. Once we recieved out debit cards is when we noticed things seemed to fall through the cracks somehow. My fiancée's account she just made was locked and she was unable to get into it. Then when I went to activate my card the system did not recognize the number. When I talked with someone from the toll free numer they told me the card was permanently locked and all they could do was reissue a new card. Not a huge deal but when we reached out to Charles for help with the locking out of my fiancée's account he just wasted our time. After multiple emails and calls back and forth, dispite giving detailed information, Charles seemed to not understand the issue and just wanted to "schedule a time for us to come in". No we would just like to fix this and not waste anymore time, thank you. Ends up, once she did talk with Charles and the multiple back and forths he told her he couldn't do anything to resolve her issue and she needed to call in. Basically, something he could have just emailed us immediately, that is if he took any time to read the information we sent. We got those issues delt with but then later I realized I never received any emails about the checks being delivered. I emailed good ol' Charles again, and to his credit he called me promptly after. However, on this call I discovered he never even ordered us checks. The funny thing is he was the one to bring up ordering ordering the checks, I was just planning on doing it myself online but figured, why not save myself a step. He even commented on how we'd get free checks with this account. Now cut back to the phone call and he denied even talking about ordering checks and how he did not recall that. Now all problems were fairly minor, however I wouldn't recommend using Charles Woythal or maybe this location as a resource or to set up accounts. Time is money and they/he wasted a lot of ours, save yourself a headache.

    Never less than a 15 minute wait. Way under staffed or the other staff is just milling around. No drive up window teller service, and only open from 10:00 - 4:00. Only six lobby hours, really! Look at all the one star reviews Corporate. Come in and shake this branch up!

    I visited this location for a replacement card about 2 weeks, although I had to wait 45min my service was okay. While waiting I heard customer after customer leaving upset for various reason. I decided to go there today again thinking it might have been a bad day. After 25min and being told by multiple people I had to wait as I did not have an appointment I was finally approached by a banker that said they could not see me as they were double booked. Yet only 1 other customer was ahead of me (due to appointment priority even though I arrived about 10min prior)and there was well over 1.5hrs until close time. This place feels like they all hate their jobs and are counting down the minutes to walk out giving all customer any obstacle that prevents from helping before closing time. If they would have just told me when I first said I didn't have an appointment,it may have been understandable but to waste nearly half an hour to be told we just can't help you is ridiculous!!

    Literally have a problem every time I go into this bank. I have 2 business accounts with them and due to a minor issue they would not let me open a 3rd business account today. A competitor bank who I have no account with was able to help me by putting in a little extra effort and creativity. I will be pulling all of my accounts from Bank of America and switching to 5th 3rd bank who has exceptional customer service based on my one visit.

    They Simply Don't Care. Even for scheduled appointment they did not let 2 people to go together into the same room. So my partner had to snap at the banker which was the manager im assuming. The Manager/ the guy wandering around in the lobby is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Keeps coming and checking with customers waiting in line "can I help you?" Then when you explain to him what I need he said. Ok wait here pls. Duh a manager who state the abovious. What a waste of time I went to withdraw iut some cash as I was supposed to pay some guys did work for my school. I got there and the lady said, sorry I can't give this amount which it wasn't much. I asked why. She said WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY!!! I was like, what do you mean? She said the money delivery did not come in yet. As if this makes sense So I asked how much can you give me? She said $500 only. Which is 8 times less what I need. I asked if I can do it thru the ATM she said yes. So I went online to Increase ATM limit. And still it didn't allow me to take more than the daily limit. She suggested I go to lake Zurich or Waukegan branch but I didn't have time. Went to couple stores around to do cash back and it was a hassel. However. This was an eye opener. I thanked her for giving me the reason to close my Biz account and personal one and made me realize that the bank can just simply close the doors and walk away with your money and you can't do anything about that. Thumb Down Bank of America!

    Probably the worst experience ever with a bank. Was told to call support from the phone app. Which took 30 minutes to reach the right person, to be told it would be faster if I went to a financial centre as the transaction was done thru a financial centre. Lady did not even bother to ask for my information or my debit card or anything to even look into my account and see if she can help! SERIOUSLY! JUST GO HOME IF YOU DINT FEEL LIKE DOING YOUR JOB!

    $15 for a certified check with an attitude. In the mean time I get same check for $5 at credit union with a nice smile and friendly manners. I'm closing my accounts with BOA.

    I have been impressed with the quality of service I've received at this branch. I was greeted upon entering and escorted to the correct station immediately every time. Service was prompt and accurate.

    Horrible customer service! I politely asked the manager for help but he left me talking to myself. After a long waiting period he finally came back to me and said he could not help. He told me to call customer service on the back of my card since he had very important clients to attend. A witnessing client called him rude as well. I am never doing business with Bank of America again!
