    Snarky associate refused to change my name on my account because I didn’t have my updated SSC, but Arvest policy does not require a new copy of your Social Security card (it takes two + weeks to come in the mail). I had given her my new Drivers license with my new last name on it, my marriage license & the receipt from the Social Security office saying that I had legally changed my name. When I tried to explain to her that I had already checked with customer service to see what documents I needed and it’s not a new social Security card, she got rude. I called corporate and they agreed with me and told me to go to another location so I drove to Arvest on Weddington & had zero issues at all. They also had no idea why she turned me away. I called to talk to Henri De Tonti about it and they said she left less than 5 minutes after speaking with me, so maybe that’s why, she just wanted to leave work? I don’t know but, gas is way too expensive to make people drive to a different branch just to get what they need done.

    Called to get help with fees because yesterday's debits were posted but not the credit. I had to escalate to Shaylyn who blamed processing and then made fun of me for asking who I could speak to there "uh..a machine..heh". Ultimately only refunded the same as the previous friendly associate offered and then hung up on me. Why can only one be refunded if it's a processing error? Why can my online banking show I'm in the black at night and have overdraft fees in the morning?
