Opened a checking account on the 10th of Feb. As of Feb 19th still waiting on a debit card in the mail to actually be able to use the money I put in my account. This would be okay 15 years ago, but everything is done online or through mobile payment now. You would think they would have digital online cards or temporary ones until the real one comes in or at least have rush shipping on them. Why make your customer wait a week and a half to be able to use the checking account they opened? If I can order an Amazon package and have it be delivered the next day, I should be able to open an account and have a card within 3 days…

The lady who was assigned me to me to close and reopen an account was very rude and aggressive towards me. She did not want to listen to anything I had to say. My bank account got hacked and I told her that and she got extremely rude with me and did not believe anything I had to say. Do not come to this arvest. Very rude and Very inconsiderate.

Very impressed with Rossalin Davie. Warm and friendly. Explained everything with opening an account and really knows her stuff! Ask for her- she’s the one you want to see!!!

Ethan Bly in the mortgage department at Arvest has done a great job and is very knowledgeable. He and his team did great and have been able to help especially with such low interest rates on mortgages in today's world!

called with question regarding a loan. All she could tell me is you apply and send to an underwriter. What's the point in offering them if the "loan submitter" (that's what she said she did) cant really tell you anything. We will be taking our business to the credit union we have been talking to. Its sad because in the past I recommend everyone to arvest.

I had gotten locked out of my checking account & all my online/mobile banking due to a security mix-up so I stopped here (not normal branch). The assistant branch manager, Christina Branch (ironic..lol), took the time to personally help me get back into my checking account and worked hard to get me back into my online banking, mobile & on my way. She told me that if I had any issues getting my mobile banking to work to call her (& handed me her business card). Got to my location &... no mobile banking! I called Christina & after a bit of troubleshooting had me back to normal, which to me means everything since without my banking app I'm lost & 'dead in the water '! Thanks Christina, you're why I LOVE Arvest & will never bank anywhere else!!!

Don’t expect to be able to walk into the lobby to do any type of business. Either they don’t staff their location or they are too lazy to work.
