    I’ve banked here for a while now and the service has always been great. They always treat their customers with respect, and sometimes, that’s hard to find. I will continue to bank here for a long time.

    I've been banking through Arvest for years now. Absolutely hate dealing with them. Customer service hangs up on you, very rude and short tempered people that I have had to deal with. Not to mention charges to my account that were not authorized.

    I have banked at Arvest since I was able to even open a checking account. Almost 10 years now. The only hiccup I've had is they did not allow me to open an account when I was 16 even though I was out on my own. (No other bank did either though). This led to keeping all my cash in Ziploc bags and writing down every single transaction on note paper. Its not a great situation, so that would be my suggestion for improvement. Take those scenarios case by case if they have a solid reference. All my other experiences have been great with Arvest. It pains me to see such a low star for reviews, especially when there are obviously more than 13 total customers (total number of google reviews at the time of this statement) that bank with Arvest. It's rare for anyone that has an honest good opinion to review a company. I'm not saying to disregard any negative reviews, but don't only think about the reviews that have been submitted. Countless others use their service without saying a word online.

    I’ve always had great experience at arvest Bank with them for over 10 years never had an issue really appreciate the kindness also they remember your name as a frequent user search kindly Associates help you with any needs you need

    Do not trust them your your business account. They allow there employees to access your account's from home and change stuff at will. I spent an hour on hold 2 weeks ago because my debit card number wouldn't work to check payments processed. They fixed that and the hole time I was talking to the person I kept hearing there kids screaming in the back ground. A week later someone changed it without my permission to not allow me to check my balance and checks via phone. Iv never really trusted banks but because of my business growing i needing one I thought I could trust. Boy was I wrong.

    I opened up a spending card , with the intentions of using it for gas and being able to budget my finances, I waited two months to receive this card, and after reciving my second monthly account statement I called and inquired about it . When I talked to the bank they stated that I had to have a address verification to be able to have the card sent to me. I had no contact from the bank what so ever, by means of phone call or letter. I went I to the bank to close my account and hopefully get my money back , but when I asked about it they said they can not give any fees back and as well charged me a a charge me a fee to close my account and I will never ever do any more business with this bank again terrible customer service
