Horrible problem when I tried to use the road side assistance I have been paying for 13 hours later 3 tow trucks later I got my tow truck why pay for something I can't use but get billed for I didn't feel like a quality customer with state farm.. bye state farm I'm gonna put my money to good use on car insurance .

The office is very helpful, especially Paola Ricci. She is so polite and knowledgable. I've been with this agent for over 10 years.
