I was an appraiser for over thirty years and recommend you do not use this company. I got a call from an appraiser that appraised my property the other day that told me a lady named Ms. Houmani put a cancel in on the order and was difficult to deal with. They tried to send another appraiser out a week later but it was too late. The first appraiser did the job! She gave me her direct number and when I called she was rude and spoke like a pitbull. When I asked to speak to her supervisor I got the rudest appraiser of all time....a woman named Donna Chabot. She was oblivious and had no clue what was going on. At the end of the day, I lost my rate lock. I looked up this Donna Chabot lady and she used to own her own appraisal company but now is working for Amrock. Based on my conversation with her, she lacks the competency to measure a 100 x 100 barn. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They cost you money and are clueless.

Amrock was supposed to cut 2 checks to me because my bank had me pay off my credit cards at loan closing. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten a single check. Amrock is the worst title company I've ever dealt with

Not really a fan of the Quicken Loans Family of Companies. However I do like the people at Amrock. Sure they may gas light you hear and there, but in the end if you're having title work done these are the folks you want doing it. They quadruple check everything and continually train their staff so they do flawless work and your taxes are as accurate as possible.

Take it from someone who has closed more than 1,500 real estate transactions. If you want to sell your home, be guided to give possession to a buyer and not receive your proceeds these guys will find some obscure reason to put you in that position. You could not find a Title company that is more difficult to deal with; You could probably find their office listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for largest finger pointing arena. #RealtorIanMason

If you enjoy sitting on the phone waiting to talk to a human listening to their message telling you over and over how they give personal service. Then your going to love Title Source. When you ask for a single point of contact for your title file they inform you they are just to big for that. Oddly enough I normally use one of the largest title companies in the nation and I have a single point of contact for the 80 files I send them on an annual basis. Luckily I only have to use them when I'm forced

I could not agree more with Rob. I had a similar experience. That Maryann Houmani is an absolutely rude, disgusting human being in the way she treats people and appraisers. Amrock should be ashamed that they employ her.

Horrible experience, miscommunication, delays and errors. Still trying to resolve issues they indicated were resolved two weeks after closing. Would give zero if possible. Not clear at all why lenders work with them.
