Run and I mean run. The absolute WORST finance company ever. This company is worst I have ever worked with. Rude, condensing, degrading people. The customer service agents (because that’s what they are) are ridiculous.

I’ve been with American international for almost 4 years now, I’m finishing up the last leg of my loan. Peoples experiences and bad reviews are more than likely their own doing. If I was ever late on my payment Pam would personally call me to remind me, if I had to wait until the next week or so to pay my bill they always worked around that, on the condition I can give a rough estimate of when I’d be able to pay. No harassing phone conversations or multiple calls, they usually wouldn’t even call unless I was almost a week late, not the day the payments due. I had a issue where I was down in Florida and had to cancel my cards, I wasn’t returning home for another 2 weeks thus couldn’t make my payment, all I had to do is call and let them know my situation and they had it taken care of. Another time I had a payment returned to my account, so thinking something was wrong with my loan I called to ask and Stan answered. He was very helpful and told me they were all taken care of on their end, but he’d add a note to make sure others wouldn’t be on my case if anything were to happen. They have things running good over there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Easiest loan experience I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks Pam and Stan! Hope to do business with you guys again!

This place is awesome! They helped me when nobody else would, the car is good quality and in good shape. Very great people that work here. I’d suggest them to anybody looking to get a car loan/finance car!!

If I could give Zero stars I would. Stan is very unprofessional and is a liar. He will lie and try to repossess your car so you can make a payment. They are like robots they have no emotion or empathy. Stan is unprofessional and yells at customers over the phone who are upset about being lied on. Please do not let them finance you. You will be miserable for the next 4 years.

The worst finance company ever. If i could get out my loan with this company i would! Will repo your car even if you 1-5 dollars short. Teresa is the worst person to have over your loan

The company is alright but you cant even go a day late or else they start calling i mean i would understand if it was 7 days im so glad im almost done paying these payments in two months never again!

I have never been spoken to so nasty in my entire life. There is a grace period that is on apart of the contract that is NOT being upheld. In trying to keep open communication with them it went to totally wrong when I had to speak with Pam about doubling up on a payment. I couldn't even tell her the issue because she was so nasty. Then Michelle told me no matter how Pam spoke to me she was correct and I didn't have to like it. My day has been extremely ruined and I am going to try my best to NEVER have to deal with these individuals again!

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I got financed with this company. They have been rude on the phone when speaking to me. They rush me off the phone and don't even say they are hanging up. I hear of a grace period yet they tell you there isn't any. They say they are bank financing but I have had bank financing before and they don't treat you the way these people do, and they also have better options to help people when they are late on a payment. I would NOT recommend and I'm praying I can refinance and get away from them asap. Hope to take a visit to their office soon!

Signed deal for 420$ a month. Set up to pay 105$ weekly, was ahead 3 weeks on my payments. My son went off to collage and I needed extra cash so I skipped 2 weeks of payments thinking it was alright with me being ahead. Called and talked to them and told them that payments will resume after a 2 week break, was told to call back to Pam in the Fort Wayne office. She got very rude with me, even after I pointed it out that I SIGNED for 420$ a month. Was told no no no no, you breached your contract either pay the 2 weeks or we will come get your car. So beware they do NOT honor the agreement they draw up for you to sign. If you sign agreement with them and pay extra, they expect that extra you pay them. Yes, they have nice cars but I feel superior auto with their junk cars is a better deal then dealing with AI Finance.
