Bought car back in April from these guys and found its a lemon big time. They lied about letting us taking to our local garage before buying. Only let do a test drive to put a small bit of gas in the tank. Was told title and registration was going to be delayed do to Penn Dot was back logged. Our temp registration was going to run out in a few days made some calls found out they never filed our paperwork let alone gave us a valid license plate for our car. They gave a big run around about the paperwork on the phone and were rude to us until we called and spoke to the local police department about the matter. Then they more overly nice went to our notary and got paperwork settled and put a little gas in our car for all the trouble. Was told by the police we were the 2nd complaint about this matter they had in two days for the same thing. So I was you I stay away from these guys unless you want to get ripped off.

This is the best dealership I’ve had an experience with. They were always there to help when I needed it. The car I purchased was top notch and the office team especially Trudy was always there for a hand when needed ! Deff go here for your next vehicle options !

10 yrs ago when bought 2 cars from them they were great. Now, not impressed at all. Purchased $12000 car, had it barely 2 months, put maybe 500 miles on it & just dies. They send a tow truck driver who was very snotty and rude and talked to me like dirt.Didnt give me chance to get grandchilds carseat out. He informed me he was in a hurry. So was I when wanted to go to appt that morning at cancer center when the car died!! Now been a week & nobody knows anything about the car. Never even bothered to look at it yet. Not one call to let us know anything. We dont even know where car is. Only answer we recieved was "the guy 'should' be in garage on Monday. We have no updates". ("Should" be in garage on Monday?!) End of discussion, basically blew us off. But they made sure to take payment out of account! I had sent 5 people to them in past who all purchased cars but doubt I will again!!! We didnt go there because couldnt get loan elsewhere, happened to see nice looking car , dealt with them in past, so stopped. Regretting that now.

I am trying to buy a vehicle off of someone who purchased it from your dealership and she bought January 19th and it's paid for. you guys are screwing her over with a title. Get your stuff together. It doesn't take this long. You are all ridiculous with customer service skills.

Never had any problems with any vehicles that I have gotten from here, they helped me get a car that's in my price range, and let me take the vehicle off the lot without my down payment, went in the next day with my down payment, they work with you with any payment issues, inspect my car and fixed whatever had to be fixed and had it back the same week, great associates, I would recommend America's Choice, love this place, love Trudy and Justyn

I feel like this dealership was trying to get one over on me today when I was shopping for a car, and by that I mean they were trying to get us to buy 1 of 3 cars that came with no warranty and all had seriously necessary mechanical repairs. I say this because their next cheapest model was an incredibly bland, option less 2010 Chevy Cobalt which didn't even look good, but also had some not so pleasant wheel covers. I imagine the car had at least 100k miles and was hardly worth what he said the cost was. As a matter of fact, I just checked on Kelly Bluebook, and a Cobalt LT in excellent exterior condition, some options, allow wheels was 5900.00. The cobalt today he quoted us at 7900. When I go into any car sale websites and put in 7900 for my max price, I find quite a few cars with some options and better over all looks, plus a lot are newer. I'm not a car expert, but I have an extensive knowledge about car values, models, and prices and I know for certain asking 7900 for that car, even in Pandemic prices is a little too much. What's interesting is the lack of transparency on the website, and at their dealership where very few cars had prices. The only three that did were the mechanic's specials. This to me says that they will randomly assign prices based upon how they feel about the customer, what kind of day they are having, and so on and so forth. I understand they provide vehicle options for those with less than stellar credit, but that's not the was the with me. I was just looking for a cheap car my sister could drive that day to see her kids until I got the work done to a fully loaded Nissan Altima I purchased for her. I am not wholly affronted by the sales tactic employed today, which honestly could have been the result of the other salesman's personal feelings towards me, if he were to allow himself to be unprofessional, and knowing him, I'm pretty confident that was the case. I just wanted to share my perspective on dealing with that dealership and the salesman today and the apparent price gouging on some less than savory cars. I am sure they aren't completely terrible. And I'm sure they have redeeming qualities, maybe not the one in the back he is somewhat shady in his personal dealings - unrelated to any observations I saw today. Despite his use of the F word while talking to customers. Just know that due to their lack of transparency, they can offer cars at whatever price they want at that time. This may be affected by their personal feelings toward you, or their prejudices they may have internally. They will assuredly play dumb when it comes to the actual state of their vehicles, knowing full well a Volvo with the personality of a bucking bronco is hardly worth 900.00 let alone the 2400.00 they have it listed for. The fact that they were eager to sell me an unsafe vehicle instead of trying to give me a fair honest price on an older beater means a lot. I will say I did appreciate their willingness to let me test drive the vehicles and when I offered a price on a car they were willing to accept, but in my mind anything lower would have not been accepted and the car wasn't worth it even at that price. It wasn't completely terrible, but it was sort of the stereotypical and highly cliché used car dealership tactics that really left me unimpressed and slightly insulted. When you have as few cars for sale as they do and when someone asks about a price on one and you have to take a good ten seconds to throw out a ridiculous number, you're either making up the price then and there or you're just not very knowledgeable about your inventory. I regret we did not have a better experience today but such is life and used car sales. Again, this is just my perspective having mulled it over in my head today. I'm sure they have helped out people, but I am also sure it's based on personal motivations and feelings. Also, they wouldn't let me put 1500 down on this 2006 Chysler 300 and pay the remaining 1200 in payments. Not helpful.

I have no credit, and couldnt get a loan. I stopped in here, and was approved. The sales person was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful. I'm VERY glad I stopped in. The car is gorgeous, payments are manageable, and inexpensive. It's only a 2 year loan.
