they are not a real USPS post office, they are contracted services, they strongly recommended me to use package service for my mail which contained pictures, the package will charge me $6, while the regular mail only cost $ 2, they do not accept american express which make me realize they are a fake USPS post office, the lady behind me told me they are contratced services, the employee do not look professional at all, although the decorate the room as a USPS post office, they are not.

USPS should officially close this place down. Very dishonest. Int'l priority mail flat rate priced box is less than $25 to ship but they don't offer to the customer unless you asked for it. What they said was they have the Int'l priority "express" for around $48 where they are trying to make more $$$. Also their phone number never work. Circuit busy "give me a break". We are in 2015 and you are telling me they only have one line. The reason it does not work is that they want you to go in. Always check USPS online first before you go there or they will rip you off.

Needed to return some items I had ordered and was dreading having to go to the Post Office. I went in around 1:15pm hoping I would miss the lunch rush. I walked in and grabbed a bubble envelope to begin packaging it. I then went to the counter (wait time was about 2 minutes max) and the woman told me it would cost $20 to ship it in the bubble envelope but only $12 to ship in the Priority Box. She then helped me repackage it in the appropriate box and completed the check out process very quickly. This was a hugely pleasant surprise. Total time: about 5 minutes

Quick and efficient passport photo place. It is inside a USPS store.

I was expecting a professional photo studio that specializes in passport photos, but it is just a tiny part of business of a local mail office. The equipment is very old and you get corresponding quality of pictures as a result. Perhaps it does the trick for US passports that do not have strict picture requirements, but not if you need something outside of the standard passport picture. My pictures came out 2% larger in width and 6% larger in height. It’s a good thing I measured them with a ruler before accepting them. The quality of pictures leaves much to be desired. Quite blurry and you can definitely see that the face is a bit out of focus. On the plus side the service has been relatively fast.

This review is about the fact that every time I ship here my package has been lost but when I use the legitimate USPS in Santa Clara nothing is lost. Obviously the packages are being stolen or there is a severe lack of organization and my packages are constantly lost. I won't come back here again and I will be requesting a full refund and issuing an official complaint with USPS about this location. I don't think it's a coincidence and I'm really upset.

OMG, I had the same experience as one of the reviewers on here that left this review "Very unprofessional employee and environment. I just have a very awkward conversion with their staff who asked me to write down the from and to information on one piece of random paper from them to attach on the shipping box and blamed me not understand how this works. They don't even have a proper system to print out your shipping information?" Does no one know how to work a computer in this place? I expected to write down the information so they can type it up because they couldn't see the return address on the original label so I wrote the to and from out of order (but instead they used it as the actually shipping label???) - SHE ROLLED HER EYES. Please don't treat me like I don't understand a totally outdated system. That's not even the best part. The person I was talking to at the desk also failed to communicate the minimum for credit/debit card transactions ($5) by saying "want to buy a 5?" WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? The kind Indian man behind me translated what she means. Apparently they let just anybody work sales these days.
