I have been an active member for over 50 years and have always held the AACFCU at the top of my five star list. And my last and every visit only serves to reinforce my decision. Sadly, the name change was made before anyone asked for my input. Loss of the identity with the Army Aviation Center was, in my modest opinion, a significant blow to prestige of our financial institution. One that wouldn't even exist without our wonderful Army Aviation Center. Enough said on this subject. The staff that serve us members are, for the most part, professional, friendly, & helpful. The COVID-19 problem has been addressed in an effective manner minimizing as much inconvenience as possible keeping everyone as safe as possible. A five star rating has been earned and is well deserved.
This bank used to be great 5 years ago. Now there are new faces every time I go. I’ve banked here for a total 7 years. During setting up my account after moving back the teller put all money into savings instead of checking causing several transfer fees that they wouldn’t wave. Today (2:18pm) the teller announced my social security number were other people (not employees) could hear and also announced it was my social. After 10+min in the car line With it not moving someone decided to come out and tell me the speaker didn’t work. The teller sent me to wait again but helped the car in front of me. I was polite because I understand this stuff happens, however, it wasn’t fair for others to be helped while I needed to wait again behind an even longer line. I decided to go inside. I waited another 15minutes inside. I thought I would take care of my account being charged monthly while depositing a check for someone else. I feel the woman absolutely did not want to help me, she kept trying to send me to the online app even though I told her it didn’t work last time. She said they would help me after I got another months fee, just like they did over 6 months ago. She said there was nothing she could do to help me but said to come back and a teller could help me in a month??? I’m positive those fees won’t be waved either.
The new name is silly. "All In" is a gambling term. It doesn't convey fiduciary savvy when used by a financial institution entrusted with the stewardship of members' money.
I love the services they offer but they need more help! Always have to wait in drive up or inside.
Good local bank friendly staff, hate the building is so grubby looking.
It doesn't work half the time
