I just came to the drive-thru in Troy and Elizabeth acted as if I was on HER time!!! I waited at least 5mins for them to get done with their conversation!!! Her reason for why she didn't greet or ask me what I needed was that I had to send the thingy up for her to be able to speak with me , but what's the purpose of the camera??? Lie lie lie!!! So I left without depositing my money and that was the purpose of coming to the bank!!!! If I choose to give you my business I demand to be treated with respect!!!!
Highly recommend this branch, I would like to also recommend Janie Hall the assistant branch manager she was extremely professional, kind and helpful towards me and my family at a time when we needed it the most. All of the other staff who are also employed here are great as well.
I have been dealing with this same bank in the same town going on 20 years! Not one time had anyone ever been ride or been out of line! If anything I have seen so many people coming in there and being so mean and nasty to each one of those tellers it makes me so angry! I have children as well using this same bank! We love them!! Great job y'all!
I am personally a big fan of AACFCU. However, if you are looking to get a personal loan or a loan for a car I would drive to Daleville or Dothan to avoid having to deal with the loan officer at the Troy branch. Amber is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. She constantly made the customer feel uncomfortable and made the whole process completely unpleasant. She made unethical remarks to the customer. I have always held AACFCU in very high regards because they represent integrity, fortitude, and honesty. These are things that Amber does not represent. How much damage will AACFCU incur before they see that find out the truth???

Was supposed to get a 1200 dollar stimulus check. Ended up receiving only 500 because they were too worried about my loan.
You are a number; nothing more. Rarely have I ever been treated with such indifference.
