I really like banking with All In, but there is one thing that has me thinking about closing my account with them. Back in November of 2020 I went on a trip to Colorado where I rented a car from hertz Denver airport location.Hertz overcharged me $711.00. So I called All in to file a dispute(this was in December)they sent me the paperwork and told me I would have to wait until they hear something from hertz. January had come and I called the representative stated that they are waiting to hear from hertz still no answers from hertz. Called In February still no answer from hertz and the rep advised me by law they have to give the merchant 180 days. I called again at the end of March early April. Spoke with a representative who advised me they still haven’t heard anything from hertz and that the 180 days are coming to an end by the end of April and for me to callback then. So I waited until May 4, 2021 to call back spoke with a representative named Beverly. Beverly called over to whatever department that handles disputes only to tell me that they still haven’t heard from hertz. Also she advised me that she was told that even though the 180 days were over I still will have to wait until they hear something from hertz. I’m very frustrated because I was told to wait 180 days and still have to wait. All in has showed me that they do not care about their customers only when it benefits them. All in needs a better way to navigate for their customers when it comes to overcharges. I really feel like I got the short in of the stick because I have patiently waited and All in failed. What was the purpose of me waiting 180 days if you guys are going to keep yo-yo in me around?! BEWARE IF YOUR OVERCHARGED BY A MERCHANT ALL IN WILL HAVE YOU PLAYING THE WAITING GAME FOR YOUR OWN MONEY.
Would give zero stars if I could. Not an ally of certain communities. They are making it incredibly hard for me to close my account with them while charging me fees with no issues. I verified all of my information with them, yet they still refuse to speak with me. Now I have to drive 45+ minutes to one of their "share branches." That's 45+ minutes (one way) of my time and my gas.
Today my faith was restored with Banking period! Meredith was very compassionate not only a good listener but a Solution Finder! I've been wronged before by banks & its my 1st Credit Union & Mrs Meredith has helped customized a plan to build Credit! So patient and I understand what I signed up for and now feel confident and prepared!
I have been a member of this credit union for 18 years I have a credit score of around 730 and has 7 thousand in the bank I still could not get a loan for 4 thousand for 2 years with apr 10 percent. They wanted me to sign my house or car for a 10 thousand dollar loan.
Meredith at the Airport branch was awesome! great Heloc process, refinanced and lowered my interest rate on my vehicle too, highly recommend going to see her!Response from the owner

I’ve paid online for years. That’s an $8 fee each payment. Went to the place for my first time to pay and the process was so easy and they have a contactless drive thru with no wait. Will for now on go there rather than throw away money.Response from the owner

Was moved to this credit union from Singing River Credit Union. Was also offered a chance to pay to skip loans to make the Christmas season easier. Apparently that was ignored, charged anyways, and now I have a couple hundred in overdraft fees from my primary bank. Thanks for ruining my family's ChristmasResponse from the owner

My first visit was very warm, welcoming and professional. As I entered I was greeted by the staff as if they'd known me for years. The person whom I needed to talk with stood up from her desk and walked towards me, asking me "how can I help you today?" After telling her of my reasons for coming in she kindly said "well that will be, I can help you." To say the least she went above and beyond to help me with my needs. She interacted with the Branch Manager with my reasons for coming in, and from that point on I felt as though I was their only member. because of their genuineness of kindness and attention that they gave me. They made a huge difference in my day. I'd walked through those doors, without them knowing that a credit union that I'd been a member of for 18yrs had just treated me as if my needs were without any concerns, almost like "lady take a number and go find a place in line." However, the Army Aviation Federal Credit Union has a very greatful, satisfied, and thankful New Member. It wasn't just that first day, visit but each time thereafter that I've gone in, it's been great. Thank you Ms Jessica and Mrs Bridgette for being so helpful, atentative, kind, and professional. They both have gone above and beyond the norm. I'm truly greatful, appreciative, and thankful for the both of you and all you have done. I'm totally satisfied and well pleased. Great staff on Airport Blvd, they have been my bank for years, and its because of the people, their attitude to their customer (me=#1), and their approach to customer service...top notch.
