Kara was super friendly and nice as well as patient with helping me [ hence , I went 12 minutes until closing] . She didn't have an attitude, act like she didn't want to be there, or anything . The absolute worst place I have ever been to they don’t deserve one star. I sat in there for an hour and I because I cried they said they would give me the loan and then started making false aligations at the last moment and wouldn’t give me the loan. I think they did it just to be mean. Because of it I can’t turned my electric back on and I had an anxiety attack and passed out

My little brother took out a loan and they took advantage of the fact that he wasn't capable to speak up for himself and ripped him off a promotion they had going on and still charged him the full price of the loan.

Horrible experience. Wasn’t able to get there until 22 minutes before close due to work. Employee stayed in the back and wouldn’t open the door until it was about 8 minutes until close and then informed me I should’ve gotten there 15 minutes sooner.
