Alaska Auto Titles is the best in the business. Katherine and Haley ALWAYS go above and beyond to always make sure their customers are taken care of and appreciated. I’ve always left with exactly what I needed in half of the time of the DMV. While there, in the same building check out Phat customs and Alaska wheel works. Everybody in that building are honest, hardworking, down to earth people who always offer the best service in the shortest amount of time.

This woman was so rude. She obviously hates her job even though they are nice enough to let her bring her child to work, then she becomes even more rude when the baby started crying like it was my fault! She was the most unfriendly person I’ve met this month. Save the fees and go to the DMV, it will be a more pleasant experience! Better yet, go to the place on Spenard, they are way nicer peeps!

I see some people just like to complain not talking in the whole picture. Just thinking of their shellfish self. I was happy to be able to call and make an appointment on the same day “First come first serve “ This meant that it kept me safe but to have my family safe and your families safe including all the families that work there safe too. I for one am all about making an appointment and I’m sticking to it. It is not Ak tags and titles fault that they have to comply with rules regulations and guidelines. Way to go Alaska Tags and Titles you kept me safe all winter long . a valued customer

Everything is great, until there is an issue with the mail... Then you get poor customer service when you call to see if your title and tags were mailed back to them. I have used this company for most of my tag/title work for the last 10 years, but that ended today. If you want poor customer service and someone rude to answer the phone, this is the company for you!

I have been getting my tags and title's done here for more than 10 years. The staff are always on point with transactions finished in a timely manner. Having to pay, to have tags and title's done is something that we all have to do. Kathy and her team always make me feel welcome and appreciated. I myself cant say enough about Alaska Auto Titles except thank you for always taking care of me and my vehicle registrations. Car, Truck, Boat, and camp Trailer.. You guys are awesome...

I deal with this business regularly at my job. Have not had a bad experience, always a great time, even when trying to straighten out DMV errors. Definitely seem to make it easy so much so that it is SOP for us to relay with these ladies.

Called and was quoted a price. Mailed them my title and a check, one week after they received it (granted I did not pay for rush) they called saying I had not sent enough money. I had to give them additional money over the phone with credit card. They had it 8 days before sending it off again, I had falsely assumed rush meant same day service and not rush would be 3 to 4 days. Then they sent it the cheapest possible mail route with no tracking (who would mail a title with no tracking???). I'm still waiting for it so I assume/hope it will actually come someday. There's like 5 of these companies in Alaska, use a different one.

Scott Smith, I work for Alaska Auto Titles and we keep a mail in record with notes on it so I pulled up your information and found we received your paperwork 8/27/15 which was a Thursday and and was processed on Tuesday 9/1/15 and sent out that same day in the Priority Mail envelope you provided. I apologize if you feel that was not fast enough processing, we do try to turn out mail-in paperwork as soon as we can.

I deal with them constantly they are a pleasure to deal with. Always have a great attitude and help speed though all my transactions. Amazingly fast usually doesnt take more than 5 min and I'm in and out. Highly recommend them to everybody I know.

Not sure about the negative reviews but I have had nothing but good experiences.
