Molly Watson2I usually have great service in the store but the on line is horrible. I went on line to pay my bill using my debit card. I received several texts telling me I had only paid half and I needed to fix this immediately. On line showed I had paid it and it was paid a week early. Two days later I get notice that my checking account was overdrawn. Looking thru my transactions advanced took my payment twice. It was a fight to get the money returned but not in time to stop an overdraft fee.

Rich Schrock5I took my father in law in to get a loan. He is elderly, has trouble getting around and sometimes has trouble understanding concepts . From the very beginning the ladies at the office were very professional, kind and understanding. Nancy Reed5I came in on a Saturday an hour before close and the manager Jeanie was very patient extremely helpful stayed an hour past closing on a Saturday did not make me feel like she didn't even mention going home at all she was absolutely wonderful she made the experience nice with with the problems I was having I sure appreciate her having patience with me
