Advance America River Square Plz, Hueytown

I've been using Advance America for a few years now. They always provide excellent customer service. Mary Brownlee is my latest customer service Representative and she's been more than awesome. She always greet with a kind smile, she's very professional and has a positive attitude. I will continue to use Advance America for my financial needs. Thanks yall!!

Was having a really bad day after an error between my bank and mortgage company, put me in a huge bind. I came in hesitant but I walked in to smiling faces. Ebony, Tammy & Mary all worked together to assure I was confident that this was not going to be a big hassle. This is rare to be treated this way in customer service these days. And it was close to there quitting time, they never watched the clock or complained not once. I hope they are rewarded for their commitment to great customer service!
