Brianna is THE BEST! She treats everyone as if that person is her friend or family member. She remembers her customer’s names & greets them when they walk in the door. I have not had that experience at the Rainbow City location. There, I was treated as if I was a bother or something that interrupted her day. Brianna has always made me feel welcome & makes the process so easy. She needs a raise & a promotion, but PLEASE LEAVE HER IN SPRINGVILLE!!

I went in to this office to see about getting a loan and the two ladies that work there did everything possible to help me. They went above and beyond to assist me they laid all of my options out there for me to pick what loan would be best for me. i would highly recommend anyone needing a loan to let these two ladies help you!!!
