I walked in on my phone having an important conversation and there was only ONE PERSON behind the counter the wall is pure glass so I can see she was sitting down as if she was busy doing something before I had walked in so I politely waited for her to finish as I was still talking in the phone I noticed she kept looking up at me and (fake acting like she was writing something when her pen wasn’t even touching the paper 🤣) anyway I noticed 5 minutes went by since I’ve been standing here so I said in a soft voice “should I come back or?” Then she gets up from the desk in the back and actually starts to yell at me and shouts “IM WAITING FOR YOU TO GET OFF THE PHOONNEE” so me in a shocked and surprised state of mind says “what?!??” Then she starts going in about how I’m rude to walk into somewhere on the phone and it’s HER POLICY that SHE does not serve and obviously doesn’t acknowledge someone who walks into advance America wanting to be serviced and helped while on there phone so I said IF that is your policy why isn’t it posted somewhere that says you can’t be talking on the phone or you won’t be helped? Why should I expect to read your mind especially when advance America doesn’t pay me they pay you to be nice to its customers so they don’t leave nasty reviews about there experience with a rude loud mouthed arrogant (what seems to be racist) cashier/customer service representative I will be telling everyone I know to not come to this specific store because of the disrespectful Hispanic woman working that day ( I’m describing her so y’all know who to look for or stay away from if y’all even still wanna support this cash checking place ) go to the corner store right next door by dutchpot at least they won’t ruin your day and be disrespectful to you she just made you all lose some good business and people I took a pic to savor the grueling moment after she disrespected me and STARTED the argument with me she said “ have a good day” talk about insult to injury WOW I’ve never made a review for any establishment but this lady deserve it this was a DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

Sharonda was very helpful and very nice. The service there was very quick.

The Hispanic lady Joyce is very difficult to deal with and she closed earlier than suppose to. She will turn you away at the door even though it is before 7. Will never come back to this location.
