Today was extremely busy and I witnessed her take care of everyone expeditiously with same Passion and compassion, she was patient fast and caring and what more could you ask for. That kind of character shines light throughout the world and touches people in ways that don’t get noticed and appreciated enough. If you’re ever in a hurry or prefer sincere genuine service or help , this location won’t let you down.

I have been doing business with Ace for a while now. I want to say that overall its a good company hence as to why im a returning customer. I unfortunately encountered the worse customer service from a specialist named Sol (who was pleasant earlier the same week when i went to the branch). I pay my loans off in full on time each pay period. so i was shocked when i was declined. but it happens, so i didnt make a big deal about it. i was told to reapply 5 days after my last payment. when i called on the 6th day to make sure i was in the clear, it was Sol who answered. while i was explaining the situation she cut me off several times, so i understand where the miscommunication came from. there was no excuse for that. i then asked if she could connect me to the customer service line to have them look into my account since she refused to... and she just put the phone down. didnt let me know if she was putting me on hold or anything i just heard silence for what felt like forever. i hung up and called the colonial branch back and she would either just let the phone ring or just answer and say " hello i cant hear you" and hang up before i could even say hello. she did this several times. and then she finally was nice enough to have a conversation with me when i begged her to not hang up in my face. she told me there was a full line and that i would have to come in to have my problem resolved. i simply replied and stated that she didnt finish serving me from the original request. and then proceeded to hang up in my face. she kept on talking over me and i just asked her for her managers name. i had to ask 3 times because she kept on dancing around the request. finally she tells me her managers name is ralfael. ok cool, i told her i would tell her manager about how she was talking to me and how she repeatedly hung up in my face. Sol literally said ok whatever great. i ask her for the customer service line that could look into the issue and she hung up on me for the last time. i work in customer service i know it can get busy and theres a lot of things to do but i will never intentionally be rude to another person when they just need my help. i finally found the right line and they basically told me there was no history of a declined application in their system so maybe there was a glitch?? who knows... all i know is that Sol can catch a fade.

Bibiana is amazing! Great personality great customer service, and she is very patient!!! If anyone asked where to go to cash a check, I would say go to ACE AND NOT AMSCOT!!
