Finally, I went by the ACE Cash Express on Eastern Blvd, and I was greeted with excellent customer service. The teller Laura, was really helpful and she did an excellent job verifying the e-check information through multiple sources. Laura cashed my check within 10 minutes.....Kuddos to Luara and Ace Cash Express at the 316 N Eastern Blvd Ste 204, Fayetteville, NC 28301 office. Highly recommended!!!

Cm Teo1Went to the check cashing store today and after spending 2 hours waiting to cash a business check I was told it could not be cashed even though all paperwork and identification was provided and checked out. Also when asked what was the issue I was told they did not know why I was unable to and I had to take it to another place to cash it. But not before they told me they could not find my driver's license that I just given them and told me if they come across it they would call me. Of course I waited another 30 minutes for them to locate it instead of wasting more time and gas coming back to this store. Highly dissatisfied as they didn't provide any reason to not provide me services when the service they offer is available to everyone they even contacted the owner of the check to verify it was written to me and verified that the checking account had the available funds to make the payment. They asked me to bring in my ssn card and within 1 minute of me walking to my car to see if it was there i turned around and they said they couldn't cash it and had no explanation for it even though they just told me a matter of seconds ago they could cash it. I honestly felt discriminated against. I will never ever do business with this location again as its practices were not fair for everyone.
