      Tried a different company for a payday loan and after two days, them losing my fax, being on hold for 15 to 45 min three different times, they finally offered me $100! I turned them down and gave Ace a call. Ace's rep called me while I was still filling out the online application and I was approved for 2 1/2 times what the other company offered. My total time on the phone was less than 10 min!!! Great customer service. I don't think the other company is aware that if you're going for a payday loan it's an emergency and you just don't have time to ditz around with them. Thank you Ace!

      I rate them one star because at least they cash the check for me after verifying is good and legitimate they were generous and only charge me $40 to cash a $500 check but they did give me a $3 coupon for a savings on my next check cashing experience I don't think I'll be using the coupon $40 to $500 check that's asinine
