I'm extremely displeased with this location and will never go use your services again. I came into this location on 2-29-19 to pull out money off of a tax refund card. Everything was fine until I drove straight from here to my bank. I waited until I was at my bank to count the money out before I deposited it. The only reason I didn't count it at the location is because I pulled out $3,000 dollars and the neighborhood was pretty sketchy. So being a female by myself with that much cash I knew it wasn't safe to sit at the counter and count my money or do it in my car outside of the establishment. When I arrived at my bank I proceeded to count my money. I was $100 short and as soon as I realized it I called the store. I was very nice when I told her the situation. I didn't call to accuse or anything was just stating I was $100 short. She immediately responded with oh I just counted my drawer and I'm only 36 cents over. She then asked me what time I had went there so i responded with the time on the receipt 2:41 PM. She responds with " oh yeah I just counted it ". She told me once I leave the building there is nothing I can do if money is missing. I had used another location a week prior to this and had zero issues. I have called corporate 2x now. The first time I called I was told a district manager would be calling me back within 48 hours. I gave it 10 days I understand people get busy and I was sure they would get to me when they could. I followed up with them this past week and was told my case was closed because the district manager made multiple attempts to reach me and left me voicemails with no response. I explained to the person I spoke with that I had not received any missed calls nor voicemails. She told me I could call the location to get his number myself to call. I told her I rather not as they weren't helpful from the beginning. So I am told she will reach out to them again to call me. Here we are on 3-14 two weeks later and I still have not been contacted. I will be taking this to the BBB and anyone else. I'm so appalled at the service I have received and can't believe you want to rip people off this way.

If you ever have trouble cashing a payroll check with Walmart or Fry's ( Neither were able to help me, but not their fault.) going to the Ace check cashing service on Warner and Alma School helped me out in a tight situation. JOSEPH was top notch in customer service and pushed that check through for me as well. I went inside worried and came out with confidence that if I recommend someone to go there they will come out as happy as I was. Great job joseph, your the man!
