Anna Smith1I called ahead of time, as well as looked on their website, for the required items to get a title loan. When I arrived they wanted completely different items. When I told them they I called earlier and even said the name of the employee, they denied ever talking to me. Horrible customer service! I'm glad I decided to walk out rather than do business with them.

Brian “Ketchup” Heinz2Poor service every time I've gone in here. I may have only entered this building four times, but that's four times too many in my opinion. The staff are very unfriendly, tell you to fill out paperwork but fail to provide you with the paperwork that you need to fill out. Not to mention they always seem rushed or in a hurry, as if they have better things to do than to serve you.
