Caleb Dano1Came at 11:10 A.M. Sunday. Door abd Google both say open at 10. Lights on. Open sign off. Nobody to be seen. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody came. Inexcusable. No sign in door to verify whether anybody will even be back today.

Lia Smith1Called once to verify some answers about services I needed and we were told that they couldn't give out answers over the phone for security reasons. Kid you not. One of the questions I asked had to do with cashing checks and what the cost would be to cash one check. They couldn't tell me over the phone because it was a security risk. My bank closed it's nearest branch and I needed info about cashing a paycheck and they were telling me they can't give that info because of fraud checks. How is listing prices for a service they offer but (probably thier most popular service) a security risk? Ended up calling a different cashing place and got an answer and going there. I tried going back twice after for different reasons and both times the desk workers were rude. If I could 0 stars I would.
