William LaFond1Theirs a scam going on with ACE, they have that Prepaid meta bank card that they're forcing into customers. Activate the card and sign you up for it without your permission. The federal government needs to investigate them.

Frankie Jones1My girlfriend came here cash a check that her parents had given to her since the banks were already closed and keep in mind she has done this several times at a different Ace Cash Express location with no issues but 40 mins later the representative tells her that there was no funds available. So my gf calls the bank, puts the call on speaker so the rep can hear and it clearly states that there is over $10,000 in available funds just for the rep to tell my gf that the company has a phone number she uses to "verify the funds" and it tells her there is no funds. This place is horrible!
