Never use this company! They are mean, disrespectful, and have the worst rates. They do anything in their power to screw you over and never work with you.

I work for an insurance company and A L Financial called and requested to be added as a lienholder to our policyholder's auto policy. Due to security measures we are required to take (nationwide), we had to get approval from our policyholder first for the change to be made to their auto policy. Not only was Alex upset that we wouldn't just add them on without permission, she was rude and told us she'd never had such a problem with our insurance company before, and hung up on us. She called again the next day (we had not yet received confirmation from our policyholder after leaving him a voicemail) and again informed us of what a hassle we were putting her through and hung up on us again. After finally getting the 'okay' to continue with adding them on, when we spoke with her again to get the address, she was rude and in a huff and yet again hung up on us. She was unprofessional, rude, and acted as if we were intentionally trying to cause problems for her. After that experience, you can guarantee that neither my family, my friends, nor my clients will be getting a referral to use A L Financial.

We agreed on making payments over the phone than they say they don’t accept debit and i have to drive a 1 1/2 hours to pay it every month no financial institution should not be able to accept debit

Blood sucking leeches. Avoid at all costs. There is no option of payment aside from mail or western union. Interest rates are criminal and the customer service is non existent. I would rather eat glass than work with these criminals again.

Pretty good place to get Financed. I didn’t have an issues. Only thing that was annoying was that there was no way to pay online.

This establishment is a joke! Rude ppl, the staff seems like they have no clue what they are doing!

GARBAGE & CORRUPTED PLACE. run far away from this place take my word for granted or you'll regret it. I recorded my phone interview with the woman that "Approves" loans and when we were finished she said she will be in touch with me in 24hrs to complete everything. 1 WEEK later I call her and she comes up with this balogny story saying the opposite of what was said in our interview. When I told her that was a lie and I had the convo recorded she immediately closed the case and did not want to proceed with the loan. Maybe she didn't want to approve my gf and I because we're young and financing a brand new car? Idk but I discontinued financing and paid the car cash. This place does not even deserve a star.

These people are charging a 5 dollar fee to pay online because no one can go in to make a cash payment! Literally taking advantage of the pandemic.

No Online payment options...My Suggestion, refinance with someone else. They also keeping Screwing you around, Clara Horn is the worst. I am filing a lawsuit against this company. Her Customer Service really SUCKS.
