Customer Service was good. But when I picked up my iPad I had pawned the week prior I noticed several deep scratches on the screen... I mean VERY deep scratches. It looked like they just threw it in a box full of random metal objects. That's not how you treat customer property that's worth 6X the value that was borrowed on it. You need to treat people's property with more care than that.

Great selection. Not the best prices but a lot to browse compared to other shops in the area. When they have it ammunition has always seemed to be at a fair price. Not sure about the other things thats all I go there for.

I have been coming to this pawn shop for several years and have both pawned items when times were hard and frequently bought items because of the awesome deals. I always do business with Dustin and you should too! I've had just about every experience possible here - I've pawned stuff and picked it up just as I agreed to do. I've pawned stuff and life just got too hard, so I wasn't able to pick up the item. I've pawned something and paid interest for months until I was able to pick it up. I've bought Chevy's, jewelry, tools, electronics, fishing poles - you name it! I've even used their layaway option to but stuff too big for my budget. And ALWAYS - 100% of the time - the constant and consistent factor has been that regardless of the situation THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WILLING TO WORK WITH ME. As long as I communicate with them, Dustin communicates with me and helps absolutely as much as humanly possible. I am a loyal customer for life and more than happy with the business, the service, and the employees.

This is the only pawn shop I will ever go to. Even when I lived out of town, I still drove to them for business. It's like a huge family in there and the employees also treat you as if you're their family. They sale their stuff at really good prices and also buy your stuff at even better prices. I am never disappointed with the hospitality or with what I buy from there.

Thiefs and liars. An old and very recognizable car of mine was stolen and sold to them they had it for sale for $2500, I brought them the title and proof without a shadow of a doubt that the car was mine and stolen, the owner said "don't worry we WILL make this right" The next day they had the car still for sale but instead of $2500 they dropped it to $1000 and long story short all the drama surrounding this situation lost me half my family for the past 5 years and forseeable future. I laughed so hard when that drunk driver crashed into their building

Drove an hour and a half to purchase reloading equipment at Bulletworks. Lights were on, door was locked with a sign that read "for assistance go next door" pointing to the pawn shop. We went in and asked for assistance only to be told we would just have to come back on Monday. We told them how far we had driven but they said "you will just have to come back on Monday". The guy sitting behind a computer would not even acknowledge us. Just sent an associate with the news. No explanation, and HORRIBLE customer service.

They are absolutely the best. Hard times fall on everyone and sometimes you have to pawn something to make ends meet. They have always been fair and so nice to work with. Not only that, found a gorgeous ring for a great price a few weeks ago! Would recommend them to anyone. Only pawn shop I’ll ever step foot in! Thanks guys!

I have bought firearms from Travis and the gang at A&B for years now. They know what type of firearms intrest me and always gives me a call if something interesting comes in. The owner always stops by to say hi when he is around. I can't recommend these folks enough. Keep it up!

Best pawnshop around. If you want a million dollars for a five dollar item not the place to go. If you want a fair price on a fair item THIS IS YOUR GO TO PLACE. very knowledgeable friendly staff.
