      Be careful when using this place, they make multiple copy's of anything you do here. That means anything with your registration, your license or background. They keep those copies

      They have 12 services windows but only 3 employees. Not sure what the problem is.....

      Half of the windows at this location are the Loan Department. Not all staff are certified by the State to process Motor Vehicle Transactions. This in combination with the current pandemic and State Office Appointments being reduced has caused a massive increase of customers, while having equal or less staffing. Prior to the current situation, wait times of 30 minutes or more were unheard of, so we are doing the best we can during these times. It takes over a year for an employee to become certified to process Driver License Transactions, and we have been hiring non stop to try to meet everyone's expectations. Thank you for your continued patience while we make the necessary adjustments that will increase the number of open windows, in turn reducing the wait times.
