Julie is extremely on top of her game and was able to smoothly usher us through the home buying process. “I have every account here, I have been a customer since 1999, And I am a retired SF firefighter. This home equity line “officer” Jon, refused an equity line of credit of only ($30K) and would not accept my rental unit (built in 1960) in Marin as income. I declare the income on my personal taxes! I have separate home owners insurance on it as well. I didn’t meet the “guidelines”, no phone call to discuss how to work with me, just a stupid little text. I sent him paperwork showing my tax records and the ROBOT couldn’t think outside the box! I’m disgusted with the bank, which use to have our backs as firefighters!!!! I’ve never missed a payment on anything, I pride myself in this very simple fact. I only have one truck payment and only one mortgage. Nothing else is outstanding, absolutely nothing!” - 5.0(10)

“Tom has handled three refi's for us and I highly, highly recommend him. Tom is very helpful in explaining options and why you might choose one or the other. He takes time to explain things. Tom is very responsive to questions and requests. He is honest, hardworking, nice, and personable. He handles questions with grace and good humor. He goes the extra yard with customer service. You never feel like Tom is just trying to get you to transact. I think that when you work with Tom, you have peace of mind. At this point, if the same loan cost a little more with Tom than with another lender, I would go with Tom.” - 5.0(10)

“I'm a customer at another credit union in the Co-Op network. I've tried multiple times to get access to the ATM lobby after hours, which you're supposed to be able to unlock with any credit or debit card, but it has never worked. I can't comment on the experience after business hours, but this has been a frustrating waste of time.” - 3.4(10)
222 Kearny St #650, San Francisco, CA 94108
“My rating of 5 stars is based on the conversation I had with David Trautner about refinancing. This important decisions can and will be life changing depending on Whether or not I make the right selection in who refinances my home. He was patient and engaging in answering my questions, and advising me of the restructuring of the company. He made me comfortable as I spoke to him, taking his time. I didn’t feel rushed. From the conversation I had with him... more companies should employ more people like D Trautner!” - 3.7(10)

“I’ve been a member with Patelco for over 5 years now. Both my mom and best friend have an account with them as well. We all love their customer service and products. I feel like they care about their members and don’t see us as dollar bills. This location always has friendly people, as well as the Noriega branch. Will definitely stay with them for many years to come :)” - 4.3(10)

“Completely incompetent. They wasted an hour of my time trying to open a checking account. First, the only person capable of opening an account for me wasn't present, and the tellers gave me inaccurate information that made me think I had not brought the correct documents with me. Then, the person who was opening my account was incredibly slow and seemed to not understand how to enter basic information. It took 20 minutes to input my housing history into their computer. Then, after I gave them my social security number, my mother's maiden name, my housing history for the past seven years, my employment information, my email address, a copy of my driver's license, and a copy of my lease agreement, the employee decides to choose that moment to tell me they check credit scores in order to open a checking account. How does that make any sense at all? I have a freeze on my credit to protect against identity theft, and never did I think I'd have to unfreeze it in order to hand the credit union my money. All I wanted was to open a checking account. My information to unfreeze my credit is kept safe at home. We could not open the account after an hour of them wasting my time with their incompetence. So, now they have all of my private information for no reason, wasted my time, and I have nothing to show for it. Unreal.” - 4.4(10)
565 Buckingham Way, San Francisco, CA 94132, United States
“**do not go here for shared branch banking** This is supposed to be a shared branch credit union but unfortunately they refuse to serve anyone who doesn't have an account directly with them. They put ridiculously low limits on withdrawals and won't allow you to access your money and straight up won't serve you other times. They now have a sign that says they can't support shared branch due to covid staffing issues, but when I went in there were multiple tellers with no customers who spent time telling me they wouldn't help me instead of helping.” - 4.3(10)
3301 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94118, United States
“Got there to open a joint checking account at 3:30 and was told it was too late to help (closes at 4pm). The cherry on top was being told how quick and easy it was to open a joint account, just to come back next week. Come on guys, do better. 2 stars for the guy at least being nice while being lazy.” - Get more result
