The loan officer that we dealt was Rod Carter, not sure how the rest of the team is there. Would definitely never recommend him.”

I did not have a complicated case, or mounds of debt, or assets to justify-- everything was within a normal standard. When they were FINALLY ready to send our case to underwriting, the rate had increased substantially from my original estimate and more than I was currently paying. My confidence in moving forward with this company had plummeted and I withdrew my case. I will be taking my business elsewhere with a company that values communication and getting the best rate locked in quickly.”
