The Team at Seaside is so amazing. They explain everything in perfect detail and are very honest with ways to help. They always remember me and offer so much support. They are very to the point and play no games with quickly getting you the money you need!

We had to postpone our closing date for 4 separate times because of a number of issues. We sold our property on 3-22-2022 but we did not receive our portion of the money until 6-8-2022. This tells you all you need to know about this company. If they were any slower they would have moss on their back. Let me explain. The five parties to this real estate could not get paid until my nephew's legal status was taken care of. My nephew suffered a major stroke in 2019 and if his portion of the sale would go directly into his account he would lose his medicaid benefits. His mother was supposed to get an attorney to draft a special needs trust to protect his benefits. She was slow and negligent in getting this done and getting the documents to her lawyer. The second problem was the attorney. They were extremely slow in preparing the documents and getting them to Ticor Title. The third issue relates directly to the title company. The communication with this company was not very good. Doug Polley told me on two separate situations that he would call me at such a time and date. He failed to follow through and when I called him on this he stated it was "because there was nothing new to report". I told him that was just the point that I needed to know what I needed to do to speed up the process. I was the person that was making all the calls to the attorney, my sister inlaw and the other family members. This whole process was very slow and lacked a sense of urgency on their part to close the deal. My second problem with this company was bad information that was given to me by Doug Polley. He stated verbatim, " I have no problem writing you a check for $70,000 and your sister a check for $70,000 and if you hired an attorney he could distribute the balance of the money to my other relatives in a manner that everyone could agree to. I called an attorney regarding this manner and paid him $600.00 for his legal advice. I was told he could not do what Doug Polley said he could do. So I was out $600.00 for nothing. I would never recommend that you use this title company for real estate issues.
