After closing I got notified that my homeowners insurance was being canceled due to nonpayment. They hadn’t sent the check. Also, I’m still fighting to get water transferred to our name because they couldn’t be bothered to email the documents to the utility. It’s been a nightmare. If you have to use them, then make sure your realtor uses a different closing company. I wish you luck.”
